Seller of record for purchases
Purchases of the Deep Analysis are concluded with Digistore24 GmbH, St.-Godehard-Straße 32, 31139 Hildesheim, Germany, as the contracting seller (reseller model); it is named at checkout and on your invoice. Astrocadence is the supplier and prepares and delivers the report.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The exemption of section 36(3) VSBG applies to the general information duty of section 36(1) no. 1 VSBG. Our duty under section 37 VSBG to point you to a competent consumer arbitration board in the individual case after an unresolved dispute remains unaffected.
