Withdrawal and returns
Your purchase contract is concluded with Digistore24 GmbH as the contracting seller. Withdrawal, returns and refunds therefore run through Digistore24 GmbH, not through a second Astrocadence process.

Your right at a glance
As a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal. The authoritative withdrawal information including the model withdrawal form is provided by Digistore24 GmbH at checkout and in the order confirmation; the wording shown there is binding. As the seller, Digistore24 GmbH also operates the electronic withdrawal function under section 356a BGB and confirms a withdrawal on a durable medium.
In addition, Digistore24 GmbH processes returns for this product under the return policy on file for it: 60 days from the first payment.
Preparation of your report regularly begins before the end of the withdrawal period; the consent required for this is collected at checkout. The 60-day return policy applies independently of that.
How to withdraw
Open your order through the Digistore24 order lookup; the link and your order number are also in your order confirmation. From there you reach withdrawal, returns and refunds.
After a valid withdrawal, Digistore24 GmbH confirms it and processes the refund. Astrocadence stops the preparation or delivery of your report immediately.
