1. Scope, seller and supplier

2. Product characteristics

The Deep Analysis is a personalized natal-chart interpretation prepared as a remote service provided electronically: calculated from your submitted birth details, synthesized with AI assistance, reviewed by a person and delivered by email as a structured PDF with selectable text.

The report is produced in exactly one language, English or German, as selected before checkout. The final report contains at least 20 pages; its exact length depends on the structure of the birth chart. The report contains a clearly dated secondary-progression layer and no current transits.

Required inputs are: first name or preferred report name, date of birth, exact birth time, city and country of birth. Customers must be at least 18 years old and may submit only their own birth details.

3. Contract formation and correction of input errors

The presentation of the Deep Analysis on this website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. Orders are placed through the hosted order form of Digistore24 GmbH. You can review your entries there at any time before submitting and correct them using the ordinary form controls.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are total prices and include applicable taxes. The price is displayed in EUR before checkout and again in the hosted order form of Digistore24 GmbH. Payment methods are provided by Digistore24 GmbH.

5. Delivery

Astrocadence sends the PDF within 48 calendar hours after the later of verified payment and recorded receipt of a complete, technically valid birth-data submission. Times are stated in the Europe/Berlin timezone.

If a material issue in your submission requires clarification, the delivery clock pauses when the clarification request is sent and resumes when a corrected, technically valid submission is received. The new exact due time is communicated immediately.

Delivery requires your cooperation: the report cannot be produced before complete, valid birth details have been received.

6. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Because the purchase contract is concluded with Digistore24 GmbH, withdrawal is addressed to Digistore24 GmbH. It provides the withdrawal information including the model withdrawal form at checkout and in the order confirmation, and as seller it operates the electronic withdrawal function under section 356a BGB.

Preparation of your report regularly begins before the end of the withdrawal period so that the promised delivery time can be met. Any express consent and acknowledgement required for this is collected in the Digistore24 GmbH checkout. Independently of that, the contractual 60 return policy of Digistore24 GmbH applies; the early start of preparation does not put you in a worse position.

In addition, Digistore24 GmbH processes returns for this product under the return policy on file for it: 60 days from the first payment. The policy recorded with Digistore24 GmbH is authoritative. 7. Corrections and defects

If you notice an error in your submitted birth details, contact support before generation begins. If the delivered report contains a factual error caused by Astrocadence input handling or rendering, Astrocadence corrects the report and resends it at no cost.

Statutory conformity and defect rights remain unaffected. The product does not promise personal outcomes, emotional benefit or agreement with an interpretation.

8. Scope and disclaimer

This AI-assisted astrological interpretation is reviewed by a person and is intended for entertainment and self-reflection. Astrology is not scientifically validated. The analysis is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. It does not predict specific future events. You remain responsible for your decisions.

9. Licence

The delivered report is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may store and print it for yourself. Publication, paid transfer to third parties, commercial reproduction, or modification and redistribution are not permitted. Copyright and usage rights in the report otherwise remain with Astrocadence; your birth details remain your data.

10. Liability

Astrocadence is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In cases of slight negligence, Astrocadence is liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties, meaning duties whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another state, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.

12. Final provision

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
